Svenja Weber is an Affiliate Professor of Organisational Behaviour at INSEAD and directs several of the school’s flagship leadership programmes, including Leading for Results and programmes for women leaders. She teaches at the MBA level and works closely with global corporations on leadership development.
Her work focuses on leadership, organizational development, and change through a systems psychodynamic perspective. With a background in both clinical psychology and corporate leadership, she integrates insights on individual, group, and organizational dynamics, with a particular focus on senior leadership transitions and large-scale change initiatives.
