Lily Hua Fang
Lily Fang is Dean of Research and Innovation and Professor of Finance at INSEAD. She holds a PhD from the Wharton School and advises global investment funds and large corporations on their strategic investments.
In the Executive Board Programme, she places a strong focus on the board’s fundamental responsibility: ensuring long-term value creation. She gets to the core of what value creation truly means in practice and which specific financial metrics boards should prioritize. Through analyses of successful global companies, she demonstrates how financial tools can be directly linked to overall strategy. At the same time, she highlights how boards can best balance the traditional requirement of financial returns with broader societal considerations such as ESG and sustainability.
