Kristian Storgaard
Kristian Storgaard primarily works with IT, telecommunications and personal data as well as intellectual property law. He also advises clients on procurement and contractual matters.
Kristian has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating contracts for the acquisition and operation of IT and telecommunications. In addition, Kristian has worked with other IT law and regulatory matters and personal data protection.
He is also extensively involved in intellectual property law and marketing law, including licence contracts and development cooperation. He also has extensive experience with trademark, copyright and design infringement and product imitation cases.
Finally, Kristian advises companies on other types of commercial law disputes.
