Jens Harsaae currently serves as a chairman and board member for small and medium-sized enterprises across various ownership structures (family, foundation, private equity). He has a background as Director at Procter Gamble in Sweden, Germany, and Switzerland, followed by a career at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as a partner and managing director of BCG in Denmark. Jens has primarily worked with digital companies such as Conscia, LanguageWire, and Internet Intelligence House Nordic (IIH Nordic), data start-ups like Lumino.io and Jumpstory, and the digital transformation of traditional businesses. He is a member of the Board Networks Advisory Board and has served as a moderator for the Board Networks Board Conference for several years.
