Hedvig Bugge Reiersen

Hedvig Bugge Reiersen is a Partner at Wikborg Rein’s Oslo office, where she leads the firm’s corporate law practice. She holds a PhD in corporate law from the Faculty of Law, University of Oslo, and advises on M&A, restructuring, corporate dispute resolution and corporate governance. She also holds board positions and chairs the Norwegian Bar Association’s legal committee for corporate law.
