Ella Miron-Spektor is a Professor of Organizational Behavior at INSEAD and the Academic Director of the PhD program. Her research focuses on innovation, learning, and leadership, particularly how organizations navigate competing demands through a “paradox mindset.”
She is internationally recognized for her work on creativity, teams, and decision-making, and has received numerous awards for her research. Ella teaches across MBA, master’s, and executive programs and designs leadership programs that help organizations manage complexity and drive innovation.
