Bente Sollid
Bente Sollid is the founder of Digital Hverdag. She has held some 40 board positions in Norwegian business and industry. She is currently chairman of Placewise Group ASA, Task Alliance and Ocean Visioneering. She has board experience from a number of companies such as Hafslund, Eika Gruppen, Polaris Media, Europris, Nortel, Questback, Lumi Gruppen and Motor Gruppen. Bente has been named the 7th most important Norwegian on the Internet by Kapital Data (1997), nominated as IT leader of the year by ComputerWorld (1999), named Norway’s 10th most powerful woman by Økonomisk Rapport (1999), recognised by Abelia as one of the foremost technology women in Norway (2017) and finalist in the Women´s Board Award (2018). Bente has completed the Executive Board Programme SEI/INSEAD, Blockchain Application and Innovation at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and Digital Transformation, Platform Strategies for Success at MIT.
