With more than 25 years of leadership experience at the intersection of design, venture building and AI, he has built a career helping large global organisations think and act with the speed and mindset of startups.
He joined Kaiser X Labs as CEO in 2025, with a focus on developing the organisation from a UX-focused team into a strategic innovation partner for Allianz. His work connects customer insights, business strategy and emerging technologies to shape the next generation of AI-powered and agentic ecosystems.
Previously, he held leadership roles at organisations including IDEO and Mach49, combining experience in designing and launching new products and businesses with responsibility for complex P&Ls. His leadership approach is people-first, with a strong focus on building diverse, high-performing teams capable of navigating uncertainty and turning ambitious ideas into commercial impact.
