We begin by creating clarity through a specially designed simulation where we experience how even well-founded changes can go wrong. The experience is eye-opening and immediately creates fresh understanding of change complexity. We then introduce the integrated change model built on four fundamentally different families of change approaches, enabling you to analyse your own patterns and discover new possibilities.
Foundations: Create momentum and overcome resistance
We explore four different approaches: emotional, analytical, empathetic and narrative. Through intensive workshops and cases, you learn to read resistance more nuancedly and develop concrete skills to re-engage sceptics. Participants often experience “aha moments” when they understand why previous approaches weren’t sufficient.
Design and mobilisation: From plan to action
Should you be structured or iterative? Top-down or participatory? We systematically compare different design philosophies through cases and simulations. You work intensively with your own strategic challenges and receive feedback from both facilitators and fellow participants.
