Learn to tackle strategic challenges and succeed in a dynamic world. You will gain insights into why some companies consistently outperform others and how to adapt when technology and other factors change the rules of the game.
Understand and apply new business models. We explore how current trends impact different industries and what strategic influence they should have.
Combine theory and practice with concrete cases from experienced leaders. You’ll gain practical understanding through cases from both Danish and international companies, providing a strong connection between theory and practice.
Strengthen your communication skills and be ready to lead in any situation. Learn how to communicate strategically and effectively with all stakeholders, especially in crisis situations, so you and your leadership team can act clearly and consistently.
Additionally, in Module 1, we will introduce a range of concrete and practical tools, so that by the end of this module, you can start applying these new initiatives to benefit yourself, your colleagues, and your company.

You will work with Blue Ocean Strategy, developed at INSEAD, which over the past 15 years has revolutionized how market differentiation and employee involvement are approached in innovative strategic processes.
How do you create the right alignment between strategy and innovation work? The goal is to achieve fast, agile, and customer-focused innovation in a rapidly changing world characterized by a high degree of uncertainty and complexity.
You will have the opportunity to delve into your own potential development projects, practice pitching them within the organization to the board, investors, or colleagues, and receive feedback from instructors and fellow students. Together, we will select the projects that you will work on between module 2 and module 3.

Between module 2 and module 3, you will join a project group that will collaborate on one of the projects selected in module 2. The project assignment will be presented in module 3.
You will have the opportunity to apply the theoretical and practical knowledge gained from the first two modules of the program and use it to solve a specific challenge for a company.
The diversity and dynamics within the group, combined with each participant’s dedication to the project, very often result in an outstanding learning experience—and the creation of a strong network.
