Before
- You will receive access to the study portal well before the program starts, which includes information about the other participants, the teaching schedule, and preparatory materials
- The preparatory materials include readings such as articles, case studies, and book excerpts
- You will have the opportunity to reflect on a current challenge that you would like to bring to INSEAD for inspiration and solutions
- You can expect to spend approximately 20 hours preparing for the program
During
- The teaching will involve a diverse combination of lectures, case studies, group work, and discussions of participants’ own cases
- It is advantageous to bring a current case, as you will have the opportunity to work on it throughout the program
- Participants work together in various groups, providing diverse inspiration and contributing to a broad and robust network
- Throughout the entire program, you will be accompanied by one of our program coordinators. At INSEAD, their program coordinators will assist the group with all activities, including an “opening dinner” and a “closing dinner.”
- The program concludes with you receiving a certificate from INSEAD.
Project Assignment between Module 2 and Module 3
Between modules 2 and 3, you will join a project group to work on a practical assignment based on a concrete case from your own or one of your group members’ companies. The purpose of this assignment is to apply the theoretical and practical knowledge gained from the first two modules to solve a real challenge for a company. The project will be presented in module 3, where your group will also receive feedback from INSEAD instructors.
Collaborating on the project assignment provides you with a unique opportunity to apply your new knowledge in practice. The diversity and dynamics within the group, combined with each participant’s dedication to the project, often result in a learning experience that can be highly beneficial in your future endeavors.
After
- You have now gained new and valuable knowledge and experience that you can use to enhance and develop your company’s strategic position as well as your own leadership role
- The tools you have worked with throughout the program will now have the opportunity to be applied in your own organization
- You have established a strong network among the other participants—one that you can draw upon and mutually inspire each other
- You will have the opportunity to participate in the Executive Forum, a unique learning platform featuring inspiring masterclasses with experienced professors from institutions such as INSEAD
