What is the difference between Executive Management Programme and Leading Strategic Change?

The Executive Management Programme is the flagship programme for CXOs with at least 10 years of management experience. The programme consists of three modules of three to four days each and covers strategy, innovation and management in broad terms. Participants gain solid practical insight into strategic growth and innovation, gain new perspectives on their own leadership and new insight into how to navigate profitably in a future of many changes, including geopolitical and technological.
Leading Strategic Change is a specialised programme for senior managers and directors who need to implement specific change processes. The programme consists of two modules (six days in total) and focuses specifically on mastering the management of complex change. The programme supplements traditional change management with new knowledge about how to remove the hidden barriers associated with culture and the human dimension. You will learn to combine different change models, understand why 70% of change projects fail, and gain tools to create the best conditions for successful change. In short: the Executive Management Programme develops you as a top leader and your ability to make the right business decisions, while Leading Strategic Change gives you depth in implementing the necessary changes.
