The Executive Board Programme is for CXOs and board members with at least 10 years of leadership experience who want to strengthen their board foundation. The programme consists of six days (two days Scandinavian module + four days INSEAD) and focuses on governance, risk management, the interaction between board/management/owner and provides concrete tools for value creation.
The Advanced Board Programme is designed for experienced board members with at least 10 years of board experience. Participants have often previously attended the Executive Board Programme or similar courses, or they are professional board members/chairpersons. This is an exclusive 3-day programme offered only at INSEAD, focusing on strategic vision, the leadership role of the board, future research and confidential peer-to-peer sparring on complex strategic dilemmas.
