Before
- You will receive access to a participant portal well in advance of the programme start, including information about other participants, the teaching schedule, and preparatory materials.
- The preparatory materials include readings such as articles, case studies, and book excerpts
- You will have the opportunity to reflect on a current challenge that you would like to bring to INSEAD for inspiration and solutions
- You can expect to spend approximately 20 hours preparing for the programme.
During
- The teaching will involve a diverse combination of lectures, case studies, group work, and discussions of participants’ own cases
- It’s a good idea to bring a current case, as you’ll have the opportunity to work on it throughout the programme.
- You will have the opportunity to work in several different groups, which will provide diverse inspiration and strengthen your network, which can also be beneficial afterwards.
- Throughout the entire program, you will be accompanied by one of our program managers. At INSEAD, their program coordinators will also accompany the group to all activities, including an “opening dinner” and a “closing dinner.”
- The program concludes with you receiving a certificate from INSEAD.
After
- You now have gained new and valuable knowledge and experience that you can apply to your board role.
- Throughout the program, you have worked with a range of tools that you will now have the opportunity to apply within your own organization or board.
- You have established a strong network among the other participants, which you can draw on and mutually inspire.
- You will have the opportunity to participate in the Executive Forum, a unique learning platform featuring inspiring masterclasses with experienced professors from institutions such as INSEAD
