- Once you have enrolled in the programme, we will ensure that the preparation and execution proceed smoothly.
- You will receive access to a participant portal well in advance of the programme start, including information about other participants, the teaching schedule, and preparatory materials.
- The preparatory materials include readings such as articles, case studies, and book excerpts
- You will have the opportunity to reflect on current challenges in your board work that you wish to bring to INSEAD for inspiration on how to address them.
- You can expect to spend 10-20 hours preparing for the program.
During
- The teaching will involve a diverse combination of lectures, case studies, group work, and discussions of participants’ own cases
- During the program, there will be opportunities to discuss various issues related to your own board work. A key element is that experienced board members are inspired to consider and discuss different challenges with each other.
- Participants will have the opportunity to work together in several different groups, providing varied inspiration and strengthening a broad network that can be beneficial in the future.
- At INSEAD, we are accompanied by the program’s own coordinator for all activities, including an opening dinner and a closing dinner.
- The program concludes with you receiving a certificate from INSEAD.
After
