Meet your professor

Stanislav Shekshnia is the Programme Director of the Executive Board Programme and a Senior Affiliate Professor of Entrepreneurship and Family Enterprise at INSEAD. Shekshnia has 10 years of experience as a senior executive, followed by work as an entrepreneur in France, the USA, Russia, and Central Europe. He holds a Master’s degree in Economics, a PhD from Moscow State University, and an MBA from Northeastern University in Boston. In addition, he has authored numerous books on leadership and board governance.
